Dividend Rate - An annualized rate of interest approved by the Board of Directors and paid the same on all similar type accounts.
APY (Annual Percentage Yield) - Expressed as a percentage: reflects the total amount of interest that would be received on a deposit, based on the dividend rate and the frequency of compounding for a 365-day period.
APYE (Annual Percentage Yield Earned) - Expressed as a percentage; reflects the relationship between the dollar amount of dividends actually earned on the account and the actual average daily balance for that period.
Regular Share Account Transaction Limitations - During any month, you may not make more than six withdrawals or transfers to another account by means of a preauthorized or automatic transfer, computer transfer, telephonic order or instruction, or similar order to a third party. Of the six transfers, no more than three transfers may be made for overdraft protection purposes, either by draft, check, or debit card transaction.
