TESS (Telephone Express Super Service) is MCT Credit Union's automated telephone banking system. For your financial convenience, TESS provides automated access to your accounts anytime you call!
To use the TESS Phone Banking System, call (409) 724-3500 or 1-888-610-3500 from any touch tone phone.
Have your MCT Credit Union member number, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the Account ID Numbers all handy. Listen to the greeting and follow the simple steps provided on the menu.
With TESS, you can:
- Inquire about account balances
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Verify cleared checks
- Obtain account history
- Make loan payments
- Inquire about interest paid and dividends earned
Is the TESS Phone Banking System secure?
Yes! TESS requires the use of your Member Number and your confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) at the beginning of every call. You will set up your own PIN, and funds cannot be transferred to unrelated accounts. (Remember, your PIN should only be known to you for security purposes.)
