Federal Law Change to Regulation DD

Changes to Regulation DD that could affect your share draft account effective January 1, 2010. If you are currently enrolled in our Overdraft Courtesy program, Regulation DD will no longer allow you to access overdraft privileges on NetBranch (Home Banking), TESS (Automated Telephone Service) or at any ATM. Your account balance will no longer reflect that amount and the balance will be your actual account balance.
